Music was created by God for praising Him. Music should praise God and minister to those who are listening to it. Making music spiritual to praise God involves the beat and keeping the beat spiritual. It doesn't have to be dead to be spiritual. Evangelistic hymnplaying has lightness to the touch, yet it does not have to have an unspiritual beat.
